Community and strata corporations can apply for low-interest loans for the replacement of combustible aluminium composite panel cladding on eligible private buildings.
The Government of South Australia will offer successful applicants a concessional loan with a fixed rate and term of up to 10 years for a maximum amount of $15 million for each building being remediated.
The loan is available to community and strata corporations for either a new loan facility for the remediation works or community and strata corporations that have an existing commercial loan and would like to re-finance.
Applications open 10 March 2023.
